In addition to our group services, you may be eligible to claim a maximum of five (5) allied health services per calendar year. These will allow you to see the Exercise Physiologist for one to one consultations, which can be done in conjunction or separate to the group services.
The individual sessions have a broader eligibility criteria. If you have a chronic condition such as; pain in one or more areas of your body, arthritis, high blood pressure, obesity, mental health concerns, diabetes; among other conditions you will be eligible. You can give the GP our contact details and ask if you are eligible to receive this plan to see us. Then it’s as simple as giving us a call and booking your appointment!
