Quick and Healthy Breakfast: Blueberry, Vanilla and Coconut Overnight Oats
Blueberry, Vanilla and Coconut Overnight Oats – serves one
Ingredients
½ cup oats
½ cup light milk
¼ Packet of blueberries
A handful of coconut flakes/shredded coconut
Cinnamon
Vanilla bean paste/extract
Method
- Place oats and milk in a jar. Stir until combined.
- Stir through coconut, cinnamon and vanilla.
- Top with blueberries.
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with yoghurt prior to eating (optional)
