Our body and appetite does try to force us to maintain our weight as we are reducing weight. But it does that naturally, we move less as we are getting a deficit. So our bodies are trying to force us to basically loose our N.E.A.T. (Non-Exercise Activity Thermogenesis). It’s about going about our day and how much activity we do and how much calorie we burn just by going about our day. Whether it be, going for a walk, what we do for work or what we do around the house.
