Is Weight Just A Number?
It matters, to a degree, to some people. If your weight is “high”, yet other factors are good, it may just be a sign of your body composition and fitness.
Weight does not determine how healthy or fit you are.
Waist, waist to hip ratio, resting and exercising blood pressure as well as resting and exercise heart rate are the best combination of factors to determine “fitness”
Make sure you take into account, lean muscle mass, body fat % and activity levels.
