The best exercise anyone can do is; the one they will do and do consistently.
Basics work work well. The basic forms of movement include, pressing, pushing, pulling, hinging at the hips and squatting. There are many variations of these for all levels. Foundation movements do exactly that, build an excellent foundation for everything else to work from.
Squats 8 x 2 @ 100kg
Pull-ups 8 x 4 @ BW
Deadlifts 15 x 1 @ 110kg
Bench press 8 x 2 @ 75kg
Nose to wall handstand 4 x 30s
