Is 8 to 12 reps for muscle growth? And lower is only for strength, and higher is only for endurance?

Is that right? Well, no.

8 to 12 will build muscle, but the range is a lot larger than that.

You can actually build muscle from sort of 5 to 25 reps, even lower reps, and also high reps up to 40.

The main thing is that the intensity and the load is moderate to high, and that’s the important factor, as opposed to an exact number of reps.

So the important thing is choosing the reps that you will enjoy and do regularly because consistency is going to outrank the other variables of the exact rep range.

But you can choose a number of them and put them in your program.
